A friend brought us dinner last week and made this salad for a side. The best part was the dressing...so yummy!!!
Salad ingredients:
Spinach
topped with shredded cheddar cheese, boiled eggs, pieces of cooked bacon, chopped mushrooms.
(You could really top it with whatever you'd like)
Dressing:
1 cup olive oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 small onion, diced
The dressing is what I truly loved, but it went so well with the salad too. I'll definitely be making this often. I love finding salad recipes that taste delish and make me eat a bit healthier.
